Our Support Workers
Helping Solutions is composed of a team of highly trained professional Support workers who are dedicated to providing the best care services to every participant to ensure the participant achieves optimum health and wellness in life.
Before we onboard a support worker, we see to it that they undergo NDIS screenings, police clearance, working with children’s checks (if required) and they are interviewed by our HR and management team to ensure that they are capable of handling and administering the appropriate levels of care to the participants they will be supporting.
Hours of Operation
Helping Solutions believes that care services should be made available as much as possible to every NDIS participant who needs health and personal attention. Our dedicated and compassionate support workers are able to be contracted to to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if needed and funding allows.
Our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, but Helping Solutions provides above and beyond levels of support with an after hours team who can be contacted if needed outside of business hours.

Our current service areas are Perth Metro and Geraldton and surrounding regional WA.
