Your social life doesn’t have to end just because you’re getting older. At Helping Solutions, we’ll help you stay connected to your community and peers through companionship and recreation support.
We know you love your family but you want to socialise with and do activities with people your own age too.
Our carers will connect you to a range of community & social activity programs spanning a wide variety of interests—from arts and crafts, to dance and music, gardening, cooking, book clubs, food festivals, volunteering and more.
We have a variety of weekly art and cooking programs that operate from our Melbourne location, our ARTback Studio workshops in South Perth (which offers creative arts and crafts), as well as gentle movement sessions (including All Abilities Zumba) to help people stay active and social—no matter their capabilities, background or level of fitness.
Whatever your interests, we’ll support you in finding a community, making connections with people, and attending regularly.

Stay connected to your local community
We understand the role that community plays in your life—whether it’s language, food, family involvement, or religious practices, we make sure our services feel right for you.
From cultural festivals and activities, to volunteering in causes you love, we’ll help you stay involved in the things that matter to you, with like-minded individuals who share your interests, experiences, and values.
