Terms and conditions of entry
These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw conducted by Helping Solutions at the Ageing Well Expo 2026, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Please read them before entering.
- The promoter
1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Helping Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Helping Solutions, ABN 49 631 810 958, of 4 Gwenyfred Rd, South Perth, Western Australia 6151 (the promoter).

- The promotion
2.1 This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Western Australia under section 102 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 and regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988. No permit is required provided the promoter complies with the prescribed conditions, and the promoter conducts this promotion in accordance with those conditions.
2.2 Entry is free. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is necessary.
2.3 The instructions on the entry form form part of these terms and conditions. By entering, each entrant accepts these terms and conditions.
- Who can enter
3.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who attend the Ageing Well Expo 2026 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and complete an entry form at the Helping Solutions stand.
3.2 Employees and directors of the promoter and of Xanadu Group, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be included in the draw.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not include a tick confirming agreement to these terms and conditions, are not valid and will not be included in the draw.
- Entry period
4.1 Entries open at 9:30am on Friday 31 July 2026 and close at 4pm on Saturday 1 August 2026.
4.2 Entries received after the closing time are not eligible, regardless of the reason for the delay.
- How to enter
5.1 To enter, complete the required fields on a printed entry form at the Helping Solutions stand and place the completed form in the entry box provided at the stand.
5.2 The required fields are name, phone number, email address, suburb and postcode, the date, a signature, and a tick confirming agreement to these terms and conditions.
5.3 The remaining questions on the entry form are optional. Answering them, or choosing to receive a call or marketing communications, is not a condition of entry and has no effect on an entrant’s chance of winning.
- The prize
6.1 There is one prize: a Coles Myer gift voucher with a face value of $250 (including GST). The total prize pool is $250 (including GST).
6.2 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.3 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift voucher issuer, including any expiry date and conditions of use. The promoter is not responsible for those terms.
6.4 If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside the promoter’s control, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the prior written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission where that approval is required.
- How the winner is decided
7.1 The winner is determined by chance. All valid entries will be placed in a single container and one entry will be drawn at random by a representative of the promoter, in the presence of an independent witness who is not an employee of the promoter.
7.2 The draw will take place at 10am on Tuesday 4 August 2026 at the Xanadu Group head office, 4 Gwenyfred Road, South Perth, WA 6151.
7.3 Members of the public may attend to witness the draw. Anyone wishing to attend should contact the promoter at [email protected] by 5pm on Monday 3 August 2026 so that access can be arranged.
7.4 The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Notifying and paying the winner
8.1 The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Tuesday 4 August 2026 using the contact details provided on their entry form.
8.2 The prize will be provided to the winner within 14 days of the winner confirming their identity and delivery details.
8.3 The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Helping Solutions website and social media channels. The promoter will seek the winner’s agreement before publishing any further detail.
8.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, by 5pm on Tuesday 1 September 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10am on Wednesday 2 September 2026 at the same place and on the same basis as the original draw. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified using the same method.
- Privacy
9.1 The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form in order to conduct this prize draw, contact the winner, and meet its record keeping obligations.
9.2 Where an entrant has ticked the relevant box, the promoter will also use their contact details to arrange a complimentary call about Support at Home services, or to send news and updates about Helping Solutions. These are optional and can be declined without affecting entry.
9.3 The promoter does not sell personal information. Consent to receive marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting [email protected].
9.4 Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The promoter’s privacy policy, which explains how to access, correct or complain about the handling of personal information, is available at https://helpingsolutions.com.au/privacy-policy/
9.5 Records relating to this prize draw, including entry forms, will be kept for at least 12 months and will be made available to an authorised officer or a member of the Police Force on request, as required by Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988.
- General
10.1 The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed or not received, or for any technical failure outside its reasonable control.
10.2 The promoter may disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, tampered with, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
10.3 Once this promotion has commenced, these terms and conditions cannot be amended, and the promotion cannot be cancelled or withdrawn, without the prior written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission.
10.4 To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from the use of the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
